The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with loose garbage scattered in several areas. A towel rod hung broken off the wall, while the broken smoke detector sat in a drawer, exposing bare wires. Windows lacked locks on the ground level, leading to security concerns about potential break-ins. Breakfast choices were limited to only waffles, and the overall décor felt outdated, with the cereal being stale during the stay.
